Buyers: If you are buying a property in Nassau County, you will receive a "Good Faith Estimate" (GFE) of closing costs within three days of submitting your loan application. The estimate is based on the loan officer's previous experience and is required to be within a reasonable range so you're not startled when you arrive at closing time. I'll be happy to look through the GFE with you, answering your questions and highlighting any estimates that seem off.

To search homes - Click Find a Home.  An alternative and better way is to contact me so I can activate your Listingbook account.  You'll search your dream home just like an agent belonging to the Multiple Listing Service of Long Island.  You can custom your search to communities you desire, the price range, number of bedrooms and baths, style, amenities, etc.  You'll be first to know about price changes and new listings as they get into MLS.
